Silent Music Revival
Our lastest addition to the James River Film Society program line up …
Started in the fall of 2006 in a living room with random vinyl records and silent films.
During a Silent Music Revival event a classic silent short film is projected while local musicians act as the live soundtrack.
As an added twist the band does not see the film prior the event and therefore creates a new spontaneous score.
Curated and hosted by Jameson Price .
Jameson is celebrating 10 years of Silent Music Revival in the Autumn of 2016. Always free and always at Gallery 5 , located in Richmond’s historic Jackson Ward district . Donations are accepted .
